It's since evolved into an ongoing single barrel series, with two new chapters released each year. This latest release is a 9.5-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, aged in new charred American oak and bottled uncut, unfiltered, and at natural barrel strength: 58.48% ABV (116.96 proof). That strength shows: the nose opens with caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, joined by dark cherry and brown sugar. On the palate, baking spice and cinnamon build alongside leather, tobacco, and barrel char, all riding the deep sweetness that high-proof Kentucky bourbon fans chase.
