Roaming Roads 7 Year Irish Whiskey｜ Other Products

Roaming Roads 7 Year Irish Whiskey is a single-cask, cask-strength release from Ireland. Aged seven years and finished in an Oloroso sherry cask, it is bottled straight from that one barrel at 57.6% ABV, so every bottle comes from a strictly limited outturn that will not be repeated. The sherry finish leads: dark dried fruit, spiced oak and stewed plum on the nose, then a palate layered with black cherry, toasted nuts, brown sugar caramel and warm baking spice. The finish is bold and long with raisin, rich wood tannin and a subtle sherry sweetness. At full strength it rewards a few drops of water, which soften the heat and bring the fruit forward. This 750ml bottle is for sippers and collectors who want a sherried Irish whiskey with real depth and character at an accessible price for a single cask.
