James Gin American Ramstud Gin｜ Other Products

James Gin American Ramstud (also sold as JG.03 American Mustard) is one of the tongue-in-cheek gins from James May, the Top Gear and Grand Tour presenter who owns a pub in the English countryside and runs his own gin brand. The idea is a gin inspired by yellow hot-dog mustard and pickles, built from 12 botanicals and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 700ml bottle.Drinkhacker rated it an A-, finding prominent licorice on the nose and a surprisingly muted mustard note on the palate, with bay leaf contributing a saline, celery-salt character. The joke is on the label, but the liquid is a well-made savory gin. Use it in a Dirty Martini or a Gibson, or in a Red Snapper (a gin Bloody Mary) where the mustard and bay leaf make perfect sense. James May's advice not to garnish a hot dog with it still stands.Buy James Gin American Ramstud Gin online with fast shipping right to your door.
